Tasks accomplished

• completed MoF analysis notebook
  • exploring the cover distribution on Feather Boa Kelps
  • analyzing whether different substrates had any effect on the cover distribution, etc
• Fixed an inadvertent typo in the directory structure for notebooks. There were two directories notebook and notebooks, PR #59 fixed this duplicate directory issue.
• worked on depth_time_series.ipynb and migration_pattern.ipynb notebook to incorporate suggested changes
