• Writing PR for existing changes

• Writing new contributor guidelines in CONTRIBUTING.md
  • new contributing guidelines adapted from Facebook’s draft and other sources.
  • covers PR, bug reports, issues, workflow and othe relevant things.

Tasks working on

• Reverting back changes that were creating issues (Ref. #23).
  • Resolving merge conflicts
• Updating README badges.
  • Updating the tests badge.
